What training at MYOLAB looks like

Training here is coached, not just supervised. Every program is doctor-informed, so the way you lift, progress, and recover lines up with the plan your body actually needs.

You can train one-on-one for fully individual attention, or in a small semi-private group of three to five people for the same expert eyes at a lower per-person rate. Our semi-private training on the Main Line, PA gives you structure and accountability without losing the coaching quality. We also offer a limited, exclusive performance gym membership for clients who want ongoing access to a serious training environment.

This works for two kinds of people. Active adults 40 to 60 who want to keep doing what they love, triathlon, marathon, cycling, pickleball, golf, or tennis, without breaking down. And competitive athletes, including high schoolers pursuing D1, college and pro athletes, and youth athletes training under careful oversight.
