MYOLAB is an integrated sports medicine, performance, and recovery practice based in Malvern, PA. We operate on a cash-pay basis and do not bill insurance. Information about our services, pricing, and availability is provided on this site and is subject to change.

Booking, Cancellations, and Payments
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. MYOLAB is cash-pay, and many of our services are eligible for payment with HSA or FSA funds, subject to your plan's rules. Any deposits, cancellation windows, and related policies are presented to you at the time of booking, and you agree to them when you reserve your visit. Pricing is subject to change without notice. You are responsible for the fees associated with the services you book.
